What You Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 10 years of experience managing and delivering innovative architectural projects across all phases
- 5 years of proven leadership experience, including project and staff management
- Architectural License (with the potential for licensure across multiple states)
- A track record of success in commercial and K-12 project delivery
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD experience is a plus)
- Exceptional understanding of building codes, technical detailing, and quality documentation
- Client-focused mindset, with the ability to develop creative solutions and maintain long-term relationships
- Excellent communication skills—able to collaborate effectively across teams and articulate complex ideas to clients
