    • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, from $30k to $3M+ in value.
    • Lead project teams of 3-6 employees, ensuring project objectives are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
    • Oversee all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control.
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Track and report on project milestones, progress, and any issues or delays.
    • Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory standards on job sites.
    • Maintain and foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes to optimize efficiency and results.Profile
      • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction.
      • Strong portfolio of successful high-end residential and multifamily projects.
      • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Procore or other project management software is a plus.
      • Experience managing projects in the $30k to $3M+ range.
      • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
      • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
      • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
      • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Job Offer
