Position Overview: As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex commercial construction projects, with a particular focus on Medical/Healthcare facilities. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact, leading high-profile projects from conception to completion. You will be at the forefront of driving success, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final delivery. Lead project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site staff, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior project managers and site teams. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall growth and success of the division. Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial and medical/healthcare projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, particularly in the healthcare sector. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
