As we continue to expand our presence in the Washington DC Metro Area, we are seeking a dedicated Superintendent with experience in overseeing commercial interiors projects, particularly within the corporate office sector.
Job Description - Lead and manage commercial interior projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Utilise your expert knowledge of architecture, engineering, and construction principles to guide project teams effectively.
- Build, motivate, and manage a complex team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to ensure project milestones are met.
- Apply excellent analytic and quantitative skills to solve complex project challenges.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, building owners, building managers, and consultants.
- Utilise your mastery of Project Management software tools to streamline project work flows.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.

The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in a related field (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, etc.) is preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on commercial interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of corporate office interiors is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects of varying sizes and complexities.
- Proficiency in Project Management software and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships.
