- Initiate RFIs (Requests for Information) to resolve field issues and discrepancies in project plans.
- Process, review, and track submittals to ensure timely approvals and compliance.
- Assess design and shop drawings, analyzing their impact on cost and project schedule.
- Draft scope of work letters for subcontractors to outline clear expectations.
- Initiate change orders for the owner and solicit competitive bids from subcontractors.
