Job DetailsResponsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the entire construction process from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensure that all project goals and objectives are met.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Manage and coordinate all project activities, including procurement, construction, and closeout.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Manage and coordinate all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
  • Manage and coordinate all project-related meetings, including pre-construction, progress, and closeout meetings.
  • Ensure that all project-related issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure that all project-related safety requirements are met.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3+ years of experience in healthcare or commercial construction, ideally ground up.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore or similar project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
