The resource will support technical review of applications, manage accepted projects, engage with market stakeholders and help develop resources for the market.Job tasks include:
  • Manage multiple projects through their entire lifecycle, from proposal and contracting, through technical assistance, and project close out. Resolve issues to drive projects forward and proactively communicate with program participants on upcoming project deadlines and events, as well as overdue or
  • insufficient documentation;
  • Develop working relationships with program stakeholders including manufacturers, engineers and building owners;
  • Review, evaluate, and constructively criticize or approve project deliverables, including contract scopes of work with budget and milestone schedules and various technical documentation. Ensure good program compliance for submitted applications, deliverables, and participants;
  • Support Team in designing, developing and executing new strategies that increase market adoption of heat recovery solutions;
  • Contribute to the development of program resources and events for outreach and educational purposes;
  • Support reporting and data management within Salesforce; and
  • Other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes for the Advanced Efficiency Solutions Team
Required skills include:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, science or engineering
  • 7-10 years of experience of relevant project management experience
  • Experience with building sciences, decarbonization technologies (particularly heat recovery solutions), and/or energy efficiency
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong project management abilities, such as planning, setting priorities, managing time, and handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with building science and energy efficiency projects, particularly heat recovery projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams to deliver key work products
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Partnership development - ability to engage with and cultivate relationships with engineers, real estate stakeholders, manufacturers and other technology solution providers
Compensation:This is a full-time position as a Salas O'Brien employee working remotely. Benefits include a health insurance plan, a 401K profit sharing plan, and PTO.
