Description:Our client is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This is a part-time, contract position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and integrate detailed project plans with construction managers and other key stakeholders.
• Lead weekly team meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication of progress.
• Create and manage an issue tracking log to prioritize problems and expedite resolutions.
• Oversee coordination among all vendors to ensure a consistent approach and timing.
• Monitor expenses to balance scope and budget.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
• 5+ years' experience managing large-scale construction or a related field is required.
• Certification in Project Management (CAPM or PMP) is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills are a must.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project is preferred.

Hours:

• M-F 3-4 days per week
• (1) day in office, 2-3 days remote
