Review scope of work, engage subcontractors, and coordinate site visits for subcontractors to bid on the work. Estimate and bid task order contracts and IDIQs. Oversee project scheduling, including subcontractor management.

Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Crofton, Maryland.
Work Environment Work is performed at the office in Crofton, MD. This position will have minimal field travel, with occasional site visits required in the DC and Baltimore area.
