We're happy to discuss flexible working hours, patterns, and locations to suit you and the business.**What You'll Be Doing****Job Scope:** Ensure that Tormod clients' performance results are enhanced in a sustainable manner. Utilize modern, effective tools, procedures, and methodologies to assess performance gaps, implement and track effective Key Performance Indicators using a data-based and fact-driven approach, develop and lead teams and action plans to achieve sustainable performance improvement, participate actively in Tormod business development, and coach/mentor Tormod teammates to develop their capabilities and career advancement potential.**Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:**+ Lead and manage Tormod projects in the Maintenance Services, Commissioning & Startup, Maintenance Optimization, and Manufacturing Operations Management subject areas - Serve as the primary liaison between Tormod and clients for assigned projects+ Coach, mentor, and lead teammates to improve performance and competency+ Assist frequently with Tormod business development initiatives and strategies+ Manage special projects as assigned by the Tormod Executive Director - Fill Tormod Director or Tormod Executive Director roles as needed+ Develop successors for the Principal Project Manager role**Ideal Background****Education:** High school diploma required**Experience:** At least 20+ years of combined maintenance, reliability, and manufacturing leadership experience in a capital-intensive industry. Experience forming, developing, and leading teams in a 24x7 manufacturing environment. Multi-site and international leadership experience is very highly valued.**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:**+ Modern industrial asset maintenance procedures+ Maintenance planning+ Maintenance scheduling+ Preventive Maintenance+ Predictive Maintenance+ Maintenance & Reliability work systems (CMMS, weekly work plans, etc.)+ Turnaround management+ Contractor management+ Maintenance budget development and management+ Commissioning & Startup+ Production ramp-up and product qualification+ Analytic Troubleshooting (Root Cause Analysis, etc.)+ Continuous Improvement methodologies+ Recruiting, training, coaching, mentoring, and managing team members+ Team leadership and development+ Negotiation+ Training+ Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, written, presentations)+ Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control and LEAN principles highly valued+ Multi-site maintenance & reliability leadership experience highly valued+ International maintenance & reliability experience highly valued**Physical Requirements:**+ Walking and climbing (steps and ladders) in an industrial environment+ Ability to travel up to 75% of a 5-day week+ Ability to work, with proper PPE, in hot, cold, noisy industrial environments+ Ability to properly wear escape respirators, as required at client sites**Hargrove Culture**We work to create an environment founded on trust, personal integrity, and a team mentality so that each person understands the value of their contributions both on a project and company-wide level.
