Summary We are looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Job Responsibilities - Oversee all phases of project life cycles, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations - Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring accountability and performance excellence - Review estimate/bid packages and proposals. Prepare standard subcontracts, purchase orders and negotiation strategies/goals - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and relationship management throughout the project - Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and quality Job Requirements Job Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field - Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the construction industry, with a focus on large-scale projects - Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
