Essential Responsibilities
- Quickly and efficiently handle all initial support requests submitted to the support services desk (Freshdesk). Escalate support incidents as appropriate.
- Perform installs, upgrades, moves, and changes for computer workstation hardware and software, printers, drives, and other devices.
- Script program installations for Microsoft MDT imaging server.
- Troubleshoot for network and server issues.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles.
- Maintain active certifications and training, utilizing team training budget.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associates Degree required; Bachelor s Degree in related field preferred.
- 1-3 years relevant support desk work experience required (installing and configuring workstation hardware and software packages, telephone (VOIP), and numerous SaaS application).
- Network and hardware administration and troubleshooting ability required.
- PowerShell scripting capabilities required.
- Microsoft SQL, Cisco, and Schneider Electric s Continuum/EcoStruxure experience preferred.
- Various product certifications a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal/external clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
