We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project management team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in high-end residential construction within New York City, specifically in apartment and townhouse renovations ranging from $2M to $25M.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the project management team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Develop and implement comprehensive best practices for project management.Coordinate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior leadership and internal project teams, subcontractors/vendors, high-net-worth clients, and top architects and designers.Qualifications:Extensive experience in high-end residential construction in NYC.Proven track record in managing apartment and townhouse renovations within the $2M to $25M range.Strong leadership and management skills.Highly organized, energetic, and proactive in developing best practices.Advanced proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Procore.Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.Benefits:Competitive salary.401k match.Health insurance.Paid Time Off (PTO).On-site position (no remote/hybrid work).Job Type: Full-timePay: From $150,000.00 per yearCompensation Package:Bonus opportunities.Schedule:8 hour shift.Education:Bachelor's (Preferred).Ability to Relocate:New York, NY 10018: Relocate before starting work (Preferred).Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
