If you're up to the challenge, then take a chance at this rewarding opportunity!Position Overview: Project Manager for GIS IT A detail-oriented and dynamic Project Manager with over eight years of experience in delivering projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate excels in stakeholder communication, team leadership, and risk management while leveraging expertise in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Projects is essential to thrive in this role.Responsibilities: Lead the development and delivery of project plans using tools like Smartsheet, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Create and manage dashboards and reports for stakeholders and C-level executives, using tools such as MicroStrategy and Power BI or Tableau. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to meet project milestones and goals. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and maintain focus on project deliverables. Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity on requirements and project timelines. Oversee requirements gathering, risk management, and the implementation of change control processes for multiple projects. Utilize Azure DevOps, MS Projects for tracking project progress and managing task assignments to ensure transparency and accountability. Document and maintain project requirements, specifications, and workflows for effective communication across teams.Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in delivering projects on time and within scope. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Management, Computing Science). PMI-ACP Certified; additional certifications in Microsoft Azure or other project management areas are a plus. Proven experience in managing projects within industries such as utilities and technology solutions. Strong proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio. Proficiency in tools such as O365, Microsoft Visio, Power BI. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams. Ability to define, implement, and maintain project process guidance (e.g., project plan and subordinate plans), tailoring organizational processes as needed in collaboration with Scrum Master. Ability to negotiate changes to commitments / requirements. Able to work independently and have good communication skills. A capable Project Manager. Agile Delivery Lead / Project Management Agile & Project Management Leading SDLC.Preferred Skills: Flexible with time, knows how to handle offshore development team. Knowledge of brand management, procurement processes, and creating Request for Proposals (RFPs). Expertise in developing and implementing dashboards for real-time project tracking and reporting. Ability to react / produce in an Agile project atmosphere.
