Position Overview:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be key in planning, executing, and delivering projects, particularly in modernization initiatives, while ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning and execution to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery.
• Lead collaboration between IT, developers, and business users to enhance communication and delivery.
• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing challenges and providing updates.
• Manage tasks, resources, and risks within project teams, adapting to changing requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, share best practices, and mentor junior team members.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record in managing projects.
• Familiarity with Windows development, IBM i, and modern data warehousing technologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, Agile, SAFe, or similar credentials.
• Experience in a supply chain or pharmaceutical distribution setting.

Compensation: Based on Experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday
