Senior Project Manager – Mission Critical Construction

Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Communication:
- Collaborate with field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project milestones.
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients, architects, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
2. Project Start-Up:
- Review contract documents and establish project budgets, schedules, and milestones.
- Develop safety and mobilization plans.
3. Documentation & Control:
- Oversee buyout processes, define scopes of work, and ensure subcontractor compliance.
- Manage schedules, change orders, shop drawings, and document control.
4. Financial Oversight:
- Administer owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Manage requisitions, payments, and ensure optimal cash flow management.
5. Project Closeout:
- Lead inspections, utility transfers, owner training, and punch list completion.
- Deliver warranties, as-builts, and manuals to the owner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of project management experience on large-scale, complex projects.
