Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr Project Manager to join the team at the Pentagon immediately. This is supporting a DDC (Direct Digital Control) or BAS (Building Automation System) upgrade project at the Pentagon. This is an Installation based role. **This position does require the ability to obtain a government clearance** Responsibilities include: Serve as a primary leader for execution on a large retrofit/upgrade project of the HVAC Direct Digital Control (DDC) system. Develops project schedules and executes according to plan. Supervises the field construction process of assigned projects in accordance with the plans and specifications, to ensure that each phase of the work is completed on schedule, within the budget, and with the quality workmanship expected by the company and the customer Prepares budgets and completes forecasting in conjunction with Regional Manager and operations leadership. Manage the selection, scope of work, procurement, quality and payment of project materials, vendors and subcontractors Negotiates, prepares and issues subcontracts Ensures that assigned projects are done accurately, on-time, billed within budget and within scope of the contract. The primary hours are day shift, Monday-Friday, roughly 7:00am-4:00pm, with some flexibility asked. Because this is a redesign/retrofit project - there are some times where teams will work nights/weekends and this person will be managing those teams and may have to help out at those times. Required Skills & Experience This is a government contract - so there are strict requirements in terms of years of experience - listed below: 10 years of experience in construction management or project management of DDC / BAS projects + Bachelor's degree + CCM or PMP certification. If no degree or certifications - 20 years of experience required. Experience in construction management projects with MEP / BAS projects - specifically overseeing subcontractors, managing budgets, managing client relationships, P&L. Nice to Have Skills & Experience Technical experience working with DDC or HVAS BAS controls Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work related experience Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
