Job Description:

Our client, a leading organization in the data management industry, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the Portfolio Strategy Group supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, PMP certification, and experience in project management methodologies.

**Job Title:** Senior Project Manager

**Location:** Cleveland, Ohio - 3x/week onsite

**Pay Range:** $105,000 - $120,000 DOE

**What's the Job?**

+ Assist the Program Manager in creating and executing the portfolio strategy.

+ Work and communicate efficiently with ETL devs, data engineers, with a focus on data projects.

+ Track and report on the progress of various initiatives/projects, removing impediments for smooth progress.

+ Facilitate scrum events, ensuring team alignment and effective communication.

+ Guide regular project reviews, documenting performance, potential risks, and problems.

**What's Needed?**

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or 6+ years of relevant experience.

+ 5+ years of experience in portfolio, program, and/or project management roles.

+ PMP Certification.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

+ Knowledge of data management practices and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Microsoft Project).

+ Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
