Position type and expected hours of work: This position reports to the General Manager and works 5-6 days per week; 10-12 hours per day.
Summary: Responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. Position requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
Essential functions:
Competency: Must be detail oriented, accurate, flexible, and dependable. Strong written and oral communication skills. Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, or overwhelming odors.
Physical demands: To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk, climb and hear. The employee is constantly required to use hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, knee, crouch, crawl and walk. The employee must occasionally lift. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Travel: Travel may be frequent depending on job assigned.
Preferred education and experience: Bachelor Degree Required. Must have valid drivers license. Project/Construction Management Experience Required.
