Job Description:

Our client, a fortune 50 financial services firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Scrum) to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the Technology department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge in Agile methodology, and experience managing projects in complex environments which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Senior Project Manager (Scrum)

**Type:** Contract

**Duration:** 12 months, option to extend

**Location:** Plano, TX, Atlanta, GA, OR Chicago, IL

**Pay Range:** Based on experience

**What's the Job?**

+ Help form the vision, roadmap, and goals for the application/projects they will be aligned to, working with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver robust and sustainable business software solutions using agile techniques.

+ Ensure requirements are appropriately understood, documented, owned, and actioned.

+ Use Agile tools (Jira) to manage projects and ensure successful delivery.

+ Manage projects in complex environments, including CRM technology within markets line of business.

+ Have prior experience with financial technology and banking tools.

**What's Needed?**

+ SAFe Certification as Scrum Master or Advanced Scrum Master

+ Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)

+ 5 years of experience in Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games etc.

+ Working Experience as SAFe Scrum Master for at least 2+ years

+ PMP Certification
