Who You are:

The Store Planning team is responsible for translating the vision of Solomeo into new physical spaces. The Senior Project Manager works closely with their team and outside vendors to bring concept to reality and ensure our stores are inspiring, luxurious, and welcoming to all guests that come through the door.

What Youll Do:

  • Supervise Development and Construction of Brunello Cucinelli new retail stores in the US and Canada
  • Coordinate and maintain the budgeting and schedule for each project
  • Review and coordinate proposed location plan, letter of intent and estimated cost sheet of the project from department stores and specialty stores prior final approval from the CEO
  • Coordinate with general contractor bid, millworker bid, supplied materials inventories
  • Evaluate construction documents and validated correctness of plans to minimize construction costs
  • Supervise and monitor vendors/general contractor throughout the construction process
  • Travel for construction site walk through for site evaluation and punch list
  • Design and prototype for new fixtures to be used in the office and stores
  • Responsible for technical support regarding lights, electric mechanical and plumbing systems
  • Coordinate with internal Visual Team on project schedule and new shop opening merchandising operations
  • Accountable for providing updates for all projects in and clear concise matter
  • Work on projects as assigned and be able to translate the brand image and concept into immersive store experiences
  • Create interior drawings and full architectural packages utilizing AutoCAD and other drafting software
  • Design store interiors, fixturing, millwork, and related items that are representative of the brand aesthetic and reflect to the geographic area that they are located
  • Create presentations for Senior Leadership and other stakeholders to represent plans for new store openings and remodels
  • Partner with vendors to understand project feasibility and avoid delays and unexpected expenditures
  • Record and maintain accuracy of project and material costing
  • Partner with local engineers to ensure building and design meet local regulations
  • Ensure vendors are meeting promised deadlines Stakeholders are updated with progress and any potential delays
  • Update architectural drawings and plans (such as MEP and Millwork) throughout the process to ensure they meet project and safety requirements
  • Create and oversee progress reports, time schedules, and revised budgets as projects mature

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture or relevant field
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Prior professional use of AutoCAD and other 3D rendering programs
  • Experience creating architectural drawings (from development of general plans to more detailed drawings including MEP systems etc.)
  • Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects while maintaining a high attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively to deliver timely and impactful results.

As required by New York City salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000-$110,000. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
