Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Provide leadership in project planning, design, engineering, and construction means and methods.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project logistics, cost controls, schedules, and quality assurance measures.
  • Lead project meetings, track deliverables, and monitor contractor performance and safety compliance.
  • Oversee project closeout, ensuring warranties, guarantees, and final approvals are secured.
  • Support business development initiatives, including proposals and resource planning.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and adherence to industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a seasoned construction professional with 7+ years of experience managing large-scale projects, preferably within the Department of Defense (DOD) sector. They will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in construction management, and familiarity with NAVFAC, UFGS, and FAR/DFAR contracts. A degree in a related technical field is highly desirable, along with proficiency in project scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance processes. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at collaboration, and consistently upholds professionalism and compliance with regulations.
