Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 / year DOE Senior Property Accountant Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience for staff level, 10+ years for senior level, specifically in real estate management
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Strong self-starter, capable of working independently in a high-volume environment
- CPA or MBA for Senior level candidates is preferred
- HR background is a plus
Senior Property Accountant Responsibilities:
- Manage income and expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Prepare financial packages for year-end and journal entries
- Analyze data for property reports and trends
- Audit income to maximize rent potential
- Handle accounts receivable/payable and CAM reconciliations
- Review construction draw advances and comply with the Corporate Transparency Act
- Manage monthly AmEx allocations across properties
