Job Name: Senior Property AccountantLocation: Seattle, WA (Hybrid - 4 days in office)Pay Rate: $85k - $105k base plus bonusJob ID: 10015955Fast paced and continually growing commercial real estate company looking for a Senior Property Accountant.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with month end close duties including financial statements, journal entries, accruals, as well as the budget.

Assist with acquisitions.

Be a key player in process improvements, documentation and projects.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.

2+ years of relevant finance experience.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent communication skills.

Real estate exposure highly preferred.
