As a Senior Property Manager joining Bridge Single Family Residential in Florida, you will be responsible for successfully leading our portfolio in Tampa and Orlando. As part of our national team, you will oversee single-family rental homes, ensuring an outstanding resident experience while managing occupancy, revenue, and team performance. Responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership and daily management of a team responsible for property operations, including leasing, renewals, and maintenance.
- Manage resident inquiries, property tours, and application processes to drive occupancy and portfolio performance
- Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee revenue and expenses, including occupancy rates, delinquencies, and maintenance budgets.
- Perform property inspections to uphold quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, colleagues, and residents.
- Prepared client reports analyzed financials and ensured compliance with company policies.
What You Should Bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of property management experience within single-family residential or multi-family residential.
- Active real estate license (required).
- Proven experience in driving portfolio performance and tenant satisfaction.
- Experience leading and developing small teams.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks. PropertyWare experience is a plus.
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).

- 401K: Bridge Investment Group will contribute to your account equal to 100% of the first 4% of pay which you contribute to the plan. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled contributing 4%, with up to 6% company match, with the option to opt out. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
- 11 Paid Holidays per year.
- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
