Job Description:
The Senior QA Analyst will be a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for testing our products in a fast-paced environment. The Senior QA Analyst will uphold and promote our core values by working as a team player. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive testing of our applications to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. This encompasses designing and executing detailed test plans, identifying and documenting defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues, and providing insightful feedback to drive continuous improvement. This is an in-office position. Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing for web and/or mobile applications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience in automation frameworks is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work and currently live in the United States
What you'll be doing
  • Create and execute test plans for new features based on requirements and specifications
  • Conduct manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing to identify defects
  • Work closely with product managers and designers to understand customer needs, ensuring the delivery of quality and value
  • Work closely with developers to build features and ensure comprehensive test coverage
  • Triage, document, and track defects to facilitate solutions during the testing phase
  • Document test findings and maintain accurate product documentation
  • Provide input on automated tests for features being developed
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Participate in daily standups, planning sessions, and other regular meetings
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members, sharing knowledge, and promoting best practices in testing

  • Strong understanding of application architecture, along with expertise in modern testing strategies and test design methodologies
  • Desire and ability to develop deep product and domain knowledge
  • Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects in tools, such as JIRA
