Senior QA and Accounting SpecialistLocation: Ithaca, NY, United StatesDate Posted:Dec 6, 2024Share:Apply Now ( JobSavedDescriptionIMPAC Quality Assurance Specialist (032010 )Position: IMPAC Quality Assur ance SpecialistReports to: IMPAC Team LeaderJob Type: Non-exemptHours: Occ asional overtime maybe required.Function: Working directly with team members and assigned customers ensuring al l aspects of menu entry and report review and processing meet established quality standards.QualificationsQualities:Can work independently, is organized, and sets priorities effectively.Demonstrates a strong attention to detail.Willing to accept performance feedback.Works well in a fast-paced, team environment, adapts to change, and a quick learner.Works well under pressure of deadlines.Is dependable.Has good communication skills including active listening and questioning.Experience:Proficiency with computers and Microsoft software including Wor d and Outlook.General food service or nutrition knowledge, a plus.Education:Associates degree or relevant work experience.ResponsibilitiesMaintain relationships with assigned Sysco Operating Company contacts .Coordinate input and processing of assigned regional and custom menus.Maintain IMPACweb and NetRecipe accounts of assigned Opco's and facilities.Perform quality assurance of IMPAC menus and reports assuring they meet all established standards.Provide feedback t o team members with results of quality assurance process with updates required before delivery to client .Keep current on all established standards including operating company specific menu planning needs and report specifications.Complete a ll p hases of report generation with assigned operating companies .Remain focused and flexible in working towards division and company goals.Participate in bi-annual QA review of Sysco IMPAC menus.Loading and shipping of menus for assigned customers .Additional responsibilities as assigned.Share:Apply Now
