We are dedicated to building innovative, efficient, and robust automation systems that drive the success of our projects. By delivering quick, stable, and dependable testing solutions, we empower the overall project quality and safeguard the integrity of our business.What You'll Be DoingReview product requirements and technical architecture, identifying potential risks to software quality. Provide actionable feedback to enhance system robustness.Develop comprehensive, customized testing plans and test cases. Ensure clear communication with key stakeholders in both product and development teams.Set up and manage testing environments, execute the testing plans, and report/track bugs until resolution.Design and implement automated testing solutions, focusing on API testing and end-to-end (e2e) integration testing.Collaborate closely with development teams, participate in code reviews, and address gaps in testability. Contribute to building robust regression coverage that is fully automated.What We Look For In You5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related field.Strong educational background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).Proficiency in software development tools such as Maven, Git, and Docker.Familiarity with popular Java open-source frameworks and middleware, including Spring Boot, Kafka, Nacos, etc.Hands-on experience with adopting or developing automated testing tools.Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently on tasks.Eagerness to learn about products in the financial and cryptocurrency markets.Prior experience in the banking payment domain is a plus.Nice to HavesExperience in testing within the banking payments domain.Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.OKX StatementThe base salary range for this position is $159,000 to $238,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
