Job Summary:The Senior QA Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, overseeing testing across multiple agile teams, and leading automation efforts. The role requires strong expertise in test automation tools, problem-solving skills, and SQL experience. The Senior QA Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and performance of complex systems, with a focus on automation and efficient testing processes.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement test strategies for complex software initiatives.Provide oversight for testing activities across multiple agile teams.Lead and execute test automation efforts, including script development and maintenance.Utilize automation tools such as Selenium and Cucumber to ensure high-quality releases.Perform testing using Postman for API validations and automation.Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve defects.Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data integrity.Ensure thorough coverage of testing scenarios, including edge cases, performance testing, and integrations.Continuously improve the automation framework and testing processes.Required Qualifications:8+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.Extensive experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), focusing on automation.Proven experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and Postman for test automation.Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation.Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.Ability to develop test strategies and manage testing activities across multiple teams.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the healthcare domain is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and test management in agile environments.
