Amotec is actively seeking a Senior Quality Engineer for our client, an industry leading, cutting edge manufacturing organization located near the Southbridge, Massachusetts area. In this role, the Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, ensuring all quality standards are followed, and maintenance and improvement of all quality systems. Must be a US Citizen to be considered for this role.
Senior Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
- Work on a cross functional engineering team to ensure quality standards
- Perform regular audits on IS9001, AS9100, and ISO14001 requirements
- Collect data as it pertains to product quality, relay all findings to team members and senior management
- Work directly with customers on all quality related functions
- Analyze all non conforming parts, work with customers and internal teams on fixing any quality related issues
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Aerospace or Defense experience required
- 5 + years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- B.S., Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Sc.
- Knowledge of Quality based computer systems
- Must be a US Citizen to be considered
