Metric have been engaged by a leading supplier of battery packs to expedite the growth of their Quality Department.

If you're a Senior / Quality Manager from an automotive manufacturing environment then we want to speak with you; we have Senior QM & QM roles available.

The ideal candidate has:

• Automotive T1 experience
• HV Electronics experience
• Experience of managing high-performing quality teams, coaching and mentoring new and junior staff to reach their potential
• IATF 16949, VDA, & ISO 9001 knowledge
• Six Sigma, Shainin, DMAIC-R, Red-X, Kepner Tregoe (KT), and Practical Problem Solving.
• APQP, PPAP, FMEA etc
• Tooling: 5Why, 8D, IS/IS NOT, A3, Fault tree analysis, AIAG CGI, AIAG-VDA FMEA
