KPS Job ID 2475034 Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Real Estate Leasing Specialist to support KPS and our government customer. This is Remote opportunity. The contractor shall perform their task at the contractor's office. Periodic site visits may be necessary. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Support strategic and management activities to assist a federal tenant agency in developing and managing new and existing Outreach office requirements.
  • Provide methodology to determine location and develop more defined delineated areas to meet tenant agency and GSA requirements.
  • Perform real estate studies, analysis, and other market research efforts.
  • Provide leasing recommendations including all facets leading to lease acquisition(s), lease renewal, and move and replicate efforts. Develop and review Request for Lease Proposals.
  • Conduct interviews that will elicit a complete understanding of agency requirements and business unit needs.
  • Work with various business units, leadership, and staff involved in developing all phases of lease requirements necessary to acquire new space.
  • Produce proposals, market research, surveys, reports, analysis, and provide information on available federal space and cross-compared to non-federal lease space.
  • Review and assist the federal agency to finalize Program of Requirements and associated housing plans.
  • The contractor shall assist the federal agency to define delineated areas.
  • Collect and analyze performance data; develop trends analyses and recommendations for improvement and cost avoidance/cost savings; report measures of program effectiveness and productivity.
  • Work with financial offices to support the development of reports relating financial obligations/expenditures to asset activities.
  • Conduct research and report findings in a professional format.
  • Coordinate and monitor work-in-progress.
  • Track and report updates.
  • Assist in the coordination of responses to relevant data calls.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree, 6 plus years of experience preferred. Preferred areas of study are: Real Estate, Project Management, Business Administration.
  • Will accept additional experience in lieu of degree.
  • Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of Real Property databases, i.e., Real Property Data Warehouse
  • Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, submittals, request for information, project related O&M manuals, or project related reports for facilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - including Excel and Word
Working Environment & Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
