Job Title: Senior Recruiter
Location: Austin, TX (hybrid, free parking)
Salary: Base (no threshold) + uncapped commission
The Role:
Our Client is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join their high-performing team in Austin, TX. In this role you will be responsible for delivery and execution, joining a warm desk with multiple openings from day 1.
This role is candidate-facing only, and there is no requirement to take on Client responsibilities now or in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles
- Work closely with colleagues and Senior Managers
The Candidate:
- Can come from any sector with experience in permanent recruitment
- Is motivated, eager to learn, and a team player
- Proof of high billings/number of placements
