Job Summary: The Senior Recruiter provides essential support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team by mentoring team members, sharing best practices, and ensuring high standards for quality and customer service. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, this role involves managing assigned TA projects and initiatives while also performing standard recruiter responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Train new team members and conduct ongoing sessions to ensure adherence to current processes.
- Collaborate with the TA Manager on recruitment projects, including merger and acquisition activities and recruitment campaigns.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-priority and leadership roles, handling a large volume of requisitions efficiently.
- Utilize social media and professional networks to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Represent the TA team at career fairs, networking events, and outreach opportunities.
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and support decision-making.
- Serve as a recruitment consultant to team members, staying current on industry trends and best practices.
- Post jobs and manage applicant data using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively.
- Coordinate with staffing agencies and external search firms as needed.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in recruitment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment and supporting leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse workload and maintain high-volume requisitions with professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:- Extensive knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, including familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
