If you are ready to join our team and support our mission, now is the perfect time to apply as we expand to new Centers across the country.Overview:The Senior Recruiter will work with senior leaders and hiring managers to meet our growing hiring need as the organization scales. You will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent. The Senior Recruiter's ultimate objective will be to ensure Concordance attracts, hires, and retains excellent team members while developing a strong talent pipeline.Your role will involve:Working with our hiring managers and HR to optimize recruitment:Collaborating with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand Concordance's strategic objectives and hiring needs.Working with hiring managers to identify, draft, and update detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria for each position.Coordinating with HR and hiring managers to develop and implement efficient recruiting methods and hiring strategies based on the specific roles and their requirements as well as the needs of the organization.Facilitating all phases of the recruitment process:Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs.Sourcing and recruiting candidates using different channels including various databases and social media.Researching and developing recruiting leads.Screening and assessing resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet relevant knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences, and qualifications for the jobs.Presenting shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and providing profile summaries.Managing and overseeing the interviewing process and assessments, working with all stakeholders (external recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and candidates). This includes working with hiring managers to prepare interview questions and selection criteria.Conducting interviews using reliable interviewing and selection tools and methods.Facilitating the negotiation process to completion working with hiring managers and other appropriate parties.Networking and building lasting relationships with relevant people and organizations.Ensuring accurate reporting and compliance:Preparing analytical and well documented recruiting and other relevant reports.Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Skills, Knowledge, and ExpertiseThe right candidate will come with:Experience in developing and implementing recruiting and hiring strategies.Proven full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and hiring experience.Deep understanding of the interview and recruitment processes.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, candidate databases and social media.Strong knowledge of candidates' selection methods.Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods.Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.Integrity and confidentiality.Required education, licensure, and experience:Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.5+ years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.What to expect when you join ConcordanceA driven team with a desire to help our participants move forward.
