Job DescriptionThe Senior Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting using various channels including social media, internet platforms, networking, and community outreach.The Senior Recruiter coordinates with leadership and hiring managers regularly and proactively to define the business needs of open positions across multiple markets/Divisions/Regions and develops and executes effective sourcing strategies. The Senior Recruiter supports multiple divisions/markets and more complex roles.Qualifications:•Associates degree or commensurate experience required.•Minimum two years of full cycle recruiting required, including utilizing using social media networks and platforms.•Experience in sourcing and lead generation with an agency or in-house recruiting team preferred.•Experience with talent acquisition sourcing tools and various applicant tracking systems.•Ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships both internally and external.•Strong customer service orientation.•Attention to detail and ability to exercise confidentiality with discretion and integrity.•Proficient with all applicable employment laws related to recruitment and selection, good organizational skills, •Display professional communications and disposition, exhibit strong interpersonal and organizational skills. •Team player mindset who advocates change positively.•Ability to exercise good judgement in decision making and prioritization of responsibilities.•Communicate with all levels of management.•Ability to effectively manage high requisition volumes, which may include a variety of roles.•Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.•Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Principal Activities and Duties:•Source, review, screen, interview (virtual and in-person), and propose candidates to hiring manager(s), including conducting background and reference checks.•Source and recruit candidates by using various social media platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)•Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks and assist with multi-channel recruiting process to pipeline high quality talent.•Use proactive sourcing techniques including targeted direct calls; canvassing efforts; networking; building partnerships with schools, communities, and diverse organizations/associations; speaking engagements and job fairs; social media recruiting.•Contribute to the community outreach plan for inclusion in all market recruitment plans. Ensuring that each plan is inclusive of local community organizations, schools and civic groups with diverse audiences. Partners with the recruiting team to execute and report plan outcomes.•Providing hiring managers advice and guidance to ensure compliance throughout interviewing and hiring process.•Work with hiring managers to gather candidate feedback and discuss results to improve candidate experience.•Build a robust network of community partnerships for the purpose of lead generation. •Partner with hiring managers to interview candidates and make final selection(s).•Consult on job description updates and specifications as needed.•Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.•Communicate regularly with hiring managers regarding the status of open positions. •Consult on offer details, provide documentation and research when needed, and manage the pre-employment process, including pre-placement contingencies and paperwork.•Participate in job fairs and outreach events as needed.•Special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned.•All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by Dollar Bank's risk management program.
