The Senior Recruiter will support all aspects of this process including strategy development & implementation, sourcing, screening, and employment offers. This role includes driving process optimization, metrics-driven decision-making, and mentorship within the talent acquisition team. *This position will be onsite 3 days per week at 1 Exact Lane in Madison, WI. * *Essential Duties* include but are not limited to the following: * Collaborates with hiring managers to build, gain buy in and deploy recruitment strategies for current and future career opportunities. * Researches, selects, and implements a recruiting strategy for sourcing, advertising, and generating pools of qualified candidates. * Drives process improvement initiatives in order to ensure stakeholder (candidates, hiring managers) satisfaction and process efficiency. * Maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations and company policies by following established hiring practices, completing require training, and proactively addressing compliance-related challenges throughout the recruitment process. * Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers. * Proactively sources candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities and aligns pipeline efforts to future recruiting needs. * Coordinates with key internal stakeholders to develop, approve and extend new hire compensation offers and package details. * Partners with recruiting team and agencies, contractors and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment advertising campaigns. * May provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources. * Supports college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs as needed. * Maintaining necessary reporting and other information required to support recruiting metrics. * Dedicated team player who is able to withstand the high demands of a fast-paced environment. * Excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills are essential. * Strong planning and organizational skills. * Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. * Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures. * Regular and reliable attendance. * Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed. * Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 95% of a typical working day. * Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously. * Ability to use a telephone through a headset. * Ability and means to travel between Madison locations. *Minimum Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in a Business or related major, Human Resources preferred; or high school degree/general education diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of bachelor's degree. * Advanced experience assessing and qualifying candidates, using behavioral interviewing techniques, candidate assessments and other effective tools. * Advanced experience in full life cycle of recruitment, from opening of job to onboarding stages; as well as previous experience building pipelines of talent for key roles. * Advanced experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) * Ability to quickly develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers. * Demonstrated experience developing strategic hiring plans to deliver key talent pipelines for forecasted needs in partnership with the sourcing team and key stakeholders * Demonstrated experience managing key vendor partnerships * Demonstrate experience proactively source and pipeline candidates using various methods such as Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other recruiting tools. * Demonstrated experience sharing key insights, metrics, and data to support the recruiting story, lifecycle, and process in a meaningful and organized way to drive continued improvements. * Demonstrated experience and partnering with talent acquisition team members on recruitment partnership strategies to key stakeholders. * Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation. * Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. *Preferred Qualifications* * Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruiting. #LI-KB1Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis.
