Essential Responsibilities
Macrae considers our collective intelligence to be one of the major components of our success. The Knowledge Manager works in individual local teams and as part of a global knowledge management task force. The primary functions of this role are (1) to work within a team of assigned recruiters to drive revenue and optimize recruiting performance and (2) to champion the companys initiative of providing its clients and candidates with a deep knowledge of local and global market conditions and dynamics by ensuring that recruiters are armed with the most recent market knowledge.
The primary duties of the Knowledge Manager include, but are not limited to the following:
Preferred Qualifications: Professional work experience in law firms, legal or executive search, or professional services industries is highly preferred, as is experience supporting and/or interacting with C-levels. Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience is required (JDs welcome). Attention to detail is critical in this role as are excellent written/oral communication and technical skills. The successful candidate thrives in a high-volume work environment and has the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Our legal recruiters provide white glove/client focused service to Macraes external candidates and clients, and our Knowledge Managers must work with this same level of care internally and externally. The successful KM is intuitive, takes initiative, is highly responsive, flexible, adaptable, solutions and task oriented.
Compensation includes base, bonus, and a robust benefit package.
