This role involves designing, conducting, and analyzing complex research projects, with a focus on generating actionable insights for strategic decision-making. The Senior Researcher will guide research teams, develop research methodologies, and ensure the successful execution of research initiatives. The position requires expertise in research techniques, project management, and the ability to communicate findings to senior stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage social science or behavioral research projects, ensuring the development and implementation of effective research strategies and methodologies.
- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and observational studies.
- Analyze data and synthesize findings to generate insights and recommendations for client or organizational goals.
- Oversee the work of junior researchers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality research outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research efforts with overall project objectives.
