Hyperscayle has expertise in a wide range of marketing and sales technologies, including all parts of the Salesforce and HubSpot ecosystems.We are in search of an experienced Senior RevOps Consultant who will be a trusted advisor to our clients. We are also looking for someone who has excellent technical skills and can understand the business problems our clients are trying to solve.You're a great fit for this role if you are comfortable in a client-facing role and can drive the business process conversations to maximize the value that RevOps and CRM solutions provide to their business.What you will do:
  • Drive client solutions with the greater business goals in mind
  • Manage client relationships and assume ownership of generating valuable outcomes for those clients
  • Lead a cross-functional project team from planning through execution and assessment
  • Provide mentorship to less experienced resources and help develop them
  • Daily administration and support of client RevOps platforms or CRM database including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, profiles, and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations
  • Work with Leadership, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and the end-users to create and manage complex automations
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards dependent upon clients' needs and business objectives
  • Stay current of new features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Keep system users informed about system functionality and enhancements
  • Provide technical support to system users
  • Log identified system problems and track progress through resolution
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, system configuration and help related materials for users
Who you are
  • College degree or equivalent work/technical experience
  • 8+ years experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar RevOps platforms
  • 5+ years experience working directly with business stakeholders to achieve results
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
  • Experience with implementing, designing, operating and maintaining lead lifecycles, campaigns, and campaign hierarchies
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
  • Ability to mentor, train, and develop others in a team environment
  • Ability to serve as the client facing and technical lead on projects and provide direction to other technical resources
  • Understanding of Sales and Marketing workflows and business process
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and continually expand skills.
  • This position is remote in the USA, with minimal annual travel that will be planned well in advance.
