Key Responsibilities
- Risk Auditing: Conduct and lead operational and trading risk audits, identifying gaps and recommending mitigation measures.
- Process Optimization: Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and enhance control measures.
- Compliance Monitoring: Evaluate trading systems and processes to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to assess trading activity and operational metrics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with risk, compliance, operations, and technology teams to resolve findings and drive improvements.

Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in risk auditing, internal audit, or operational roles in trading or financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields (CPA, CIA, or CFA preferred).
- Strong understanding of trading operations, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in auditing tools, data analytics, and familiarity with trading systems.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
