This role is hybrid with expectations of M - W on-site in our Weston, FL or Newark, OH office.

RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-hybrid

  • Define robotic process automation (RPA) development standards and best practices and act as the RPA technical liaison in the Automation Center of Excellence and Architecture Review Board.
  • Collaborate with business partners to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation using RPA tools such as UIPath and Nintex.
  • Document and map current and target state business processes, gathering detailed requirements for RPA implementation, and documenting solution design documents for assigned automations.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate complex, cross-department business processes ensure that solutions meet business requirements, technical specifications, and adhere to best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of RPA tools with existing systems and infrastructure following internal security standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews of automation processes with business lines to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Provide guidance to appropriate teams to ensure deployed bots operate at optimal performance.
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering preferred
  • UIpath, Nintex or similar RPA platform preferred
  • 2 -4 years' experience with hands on RPA platforms, RPA process analysis, design, implementation and operational support

SCHEDULE

Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week. Position may require non-traditional hours to oversee upgrades and/or fixes.
