The Role

WildBrain CPLG is looking for a Senior Sales Manager, Lifestyle Brands to join our Lifestyle Commercial team! Reporting to Group Brands Director, you will demonstrate exceptional sales abilities to grow our lifestyle brands business by accelerating growth with our current and potential clients, in line with commercial strategies.

What Youll Do:

Work with Group Brands Director and Lifestyle team to research and identify relevant new business targets in line with agreed brand strategies

Negotiate, and continuously strive to secure suitable licensees, in accordance with agreed strategies

Work with Legal team to ensure License agreements are fully executed in a timely manner and review and resolve any licensee commercial comments

Work with the wider Lifestyle Sales Managers as appropriate to support sales activity

Conduct regular licensee business reviews and manage licensees on an ongoing basis

Identify and lead potential DTR negotiations and/or key retail initiatives

Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders such as licensees, licensors, partners, and retailers as required

Work closely with key licensees to ensure strong retail distribution and identify and secure cross-promotional retail activity

Work with Group Brands Director to conduct business reviews for Licensors and internal CPLG management to consistently high standards

Collection of relevant market information, identifying market opportunities

Respond to day-to-day Licensor requests for information on sales updates, marketing and retail plans.

Work closely with Group Brands Director and CPLG Finance to deliver financial analysis and forecasting to Licensor and CPLG senior management

Keep abreast of competitor activity to assist Licensors gain market-leading advantage

Attend trade fairs and conferences as agreed with CPLG Management

What Youll Bring:

Significant experience at a senior level in sales & marketing and/or brand management within licensing, CPG, FMCG, Home Improvement

Extensive experience working closely with retailers at a senior level, through marketing initiatives, with buyers and/or DTRs

Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills

Keen eye for detail, hands-on approach with a strategic vision

React quickly and effectively to unplanned opportunities

An innovative and creative manager/salesperson

Entrepreneurial spirit and can communicate at all levels

Creative approach with the ability to think outside of the box in order to deliver unique and creative opportunities.

The ability to manage a multitude of diverse projects
