Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst III

Location: New York, NY

Duration: 12 months

Hourly Pay Range: $70.00-$75.00 on w2

Summary: This Operations Manager will be responsible to understand the needs of the existing and new channels, defining the initial setup for the development of processes and tools required by the expanding Sales Teams, ensuring the needed data sources, reporting, CRM requirements are met. You will need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment working across Sales Operations, Demand Planning, Channel Operations, Channel Marketing, Marcom and at the same time, working with our internal cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Defining core planning processes, developing core documents, KPIs and rhythm of business of the telco channel
• Supporting the Sales Operations Lead to manage the Sales rhythm of business
• Co-ordinating Account Reviews and partner meetings ensuring all XFN teams are briefed, prepared and ready for a smooth delivery
• Support in planning the forecasting cycle
• Support in creating the weekly newsletter, making sure all main Sales updates are captured, as well as those coming from the cross-functional team
• Supporting the Sales Operations Lead with the Integrated Channel Planning process to ensure global alignment whilst yet meeting the EMEA regional needs
• Managing/facilitating key retail meetings and supporting Sales Managers

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Sales Operations/Enablement role.
• Experience working in large Sales organizations and Tech companies.
• Demonstrated presentation skills both in person and through expression.
• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Economics or related.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA.
• Additional languages.
• Experience with a challenger/new business technology that may have changed the way people, connect, work, and socialize.
