Rogers Group is currently seeking a Senior Sales Representative in the Dallas – Fort Worth, TX area for our North Texas SMA operations, reporting directly to the Area General Manager. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth.

Duties Include But Not Limited To
  • Increasing revenue and margins through disciplined market management.
  • Maintaining favorable and effective relationships with current customers.
  • Identifying and prospecting new customers and capturing information in Salesforce.
  • Favorably resolving customer complaints as necessary.
  • Analyze market trends and develop action plans to capitalize on shifts in market.
  • Develop specific strategies to obtain new business.
  • Working with internal teams to ensure product quality and availability.
  • Assist in overseeing the sales process from pricing, to preparing contracts, forecasting, and assisting in credit and collections.
  • Assessing sales functions and potential on prospective acquisitions.
  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience and success in sales environment required.
  • Sales experience in the aggregates, asphalt, construction, or related industry required.
  • Knowledge of the marketing area is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required, Business or Construction Management preferred.
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Capable of demonstrating product knowledge, market conditions, and competition.
  • Excellent verbal, written communications and presentation skills required.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Occasional overnight travel is required.
