We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to maintain, enhance, and create custom functionality within our Salesforce environment. This role involves complex configuration, development, and troubleshooting to support our unique business needs.
This is a direct-hire position and at this time is unable to provide sponsorship or transfer of work visas. This position requires 3 days/week on-site presence in Lisle, IL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance existing custom functionality in Salesforce using APEX and LWC.
- Perform complex configuration and development on Salesforce.com and related marketplace modules.
- Create custom functionality tailored to our business needs.
- Resolve code-related questions and issues within Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot system bugs using tools like Own Backup and Event Monitoring.
- Provide customized CRM solutions using the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement Team for requirement gathering and functional analysis.
- Support and implement Salesforce projects and business initiatives.
- Review and debug workflows, ensuring proper functionality.
- Provide technical knowledge for business-requested changes and ensure SOX compliance.
- Coordinate app installation and setup, including user security configuration.
- Manage user field and tool access for current and new tools.
- Support business queries through the helpdesk tool and document project changes.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- 5-7 years of proven coding and software experience using APEX and/or LWC (Lightning Web Components preferred).
- Salesforce Developer certification with continuous learning documentation.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud required.
- Previous experience in Salesforce Admin, Sales, and Marketing enterprise environments.
- Solid knowledge of sales business processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging code issues.
- Proficient use of MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to grasp new concepts and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, both written and verbal.
