- True senior profile- articulate- technical- strong experience with lead experience
- ideally experience in financial products and services industry
- Want someone who is familiar with product model
- need to be someone who is willing to contribute, speak up -be collaborative on the team
- Must have both deep salesforce background including integration background. Must have worked in orgs using salesforce internally and not just have implementation experience. If they have java that's a real nice to have. Also ideally jest. If not jest then some other automation tool and willingness to learn and get up to speed on jest fairly quickly.
Looking for
- Deep deep salesforce knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity in working in a product model if not direct experience of working in a product model
- Must be willing to participate, be independent, be collaborative- must offer thoughts/ideas/suggestions/options/opinions on solutions
- Must be engaged and collaborative -to work with existing team and other teams that may have dependencies.
- Salesforce sales cloud, service cloud, financial services cloud,- all good experiences
- Looking for stable work experience and history
- Must have internal to org salesforce development/implementation/management/maintenance experience as opposed to implementing salesforce solutions for clients
- Be clearly able to articulate salesforce experiences/ complex and challenging enterprise wide projects with enough details to show technical and business aspects.
- Dev Ops familiarity
- Working with GitHub pipelines
- Design experience a plus
- Familiarity with messaging tools (ie Rabbit, Kafka) a plus
- Familiarity with test automation (ie selenium, playwright) a plus
- Will be in an on call rotation after approximately 3 months.
- Build differentiated experiences on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Change Data Capture (CDC), Apex, REST APIs, and Flows.
- Integrated data into Salesforce using Spring Boot applications hosted on a kubernetes cluster.
- Built Salesforce CI/CD pipeline in Github Actions which automated deployments for both unpackaged as well as packaged Salesforce code. This CI/CD pipeline saved 3-5 days per production deployment.
- Mentor engineers in engineering best practices such as dependency injection, pure unit testing, and abstraction to build loosely coupled Salesforce solutions.
- Team works constantly together. Developer does not go to side and just build code alone. They are expected to participate, work on the code together, pick up stories- explain during stand ups progress made- where they are and how they are approaching the development and raise best practices/solutions/ideas/different ways of doing things/or if someone needs help.
- java/salesforce engr. They will basically work in salesforce and do some java integration -using kafka and other APIs. so can be mid level. maybe a year or 2 of java and moved to salesforce would work. or has been doing java for awhile and moved to salesforce in the last 3-4 years would also work
- These are 'work engine' type people who are not leading others as much as developing and delivering the work, working closely with the Engineering Lead who will lean on them to delegate to. The stronger these developers, the less burden on the Lead to prescribe and oversee. So would like these folks to be self-starter, autonomous, able to quickly understand needs and problem solve. But also willing to support the Engineering Lead and direction they set.
