Job Title: Senior SAP PP Consultant – S/4 HANA Transformation
Location: Primarily remote with occasional travel to local production sites
About the Role:
A unique and exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior SAP PP Consultant to join a rapidly evolving manufacturing organization. This company is preparing for a significant S/4 HANA upgrade and seeks a skilled expert to play a key role in the SAP Production Planning (PP) and potentially Quality Management (QM) modules. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP PP module implementation and optimization: Provide expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP), including configuration and customization.
- SAP QM Support: While SAP QM experience is not mandatory, having knowledge or willingness to support Quality Management processes is a plus.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand business needs and design efficient SAP solutions.
- Support the S/4 HANA transformation: Contribute to the harmonization and integration of the ERP landscape as part of the company's long-term S/4 HANA upgrade strategy.
- Travel to production sites: Occasionally visit production facilities within your region for on-site assessments and project support. The current production sites are based in Jeannette, Auburn, Monroe, Agawam and Myrtle Beach.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP PP configuration and customization.
- Familiarity with SAP QM is a plus but not a requirement.
- Proven track record in supporting or leading SAP projects in a manufacturing or production environment.
- SAP Customizing skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
