Title: Sr. Scientist Protein EngineeringLocation: Tarrytown, NYSchedule: M-F Full TimeType: ContractRequirements: Ph.D. in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, virology or a related field and 0-5 years of relevant experience, or an BS/MS with 8-10 years of relevant experienceExpertise in antibody and protein engineeringStrong record of innovation and research accomplishments in the field of antibody/protein engineering or viral delivery is recommended.Experience in working with in vitro viral transduction assays, FACS and various cell/molecular techniques (transfection, RNA/protein analysis, immunostaining) are preferred.Strong background in molecular biology with DNA cloning, protein production and purificationExperiences with cell based assays and FACSCan efficiently coordinate multiple projects in a collaborative environmentStrong organizational, time-management, and presentation skillsResponsibilities:Help development of bi- and multi-specific antibodies in designing, producing, and evaluating engineered antibodies.
