Senior Agile Scrum Master, Clearance Required - TS/SCI w/Polygraph Please note, this position requires all candidates to currently possess an active Top-Secret SCI Clearance with a Polygraph. This position is not an opportunity to be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance.
The Work: This contract supports compliance solutions and integration, as well as development and sustainment of analytic services and hosting platforms to sustain analytics, threads, and services to enable the agency and tactical customers' missions and goals throughout the extended enterprise.
Minimum Qualifications: - A current Top-Secret/SCI government security clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related discipline plus at least 15 years of systems engineering experience. A Master's degree or PhD may be substituted for two years of experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 19 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.
- Familiarity/Experience in both development and sustainment.
- Defining, developing, and documenting operational support concepts leading to development and implementation of requirements, specifications, and design plans.
- Familiarity/Experience with Scrum process for agile project management.
- Familiarity with Jira.
Bonus Points: - Experience with IC industry and customer.
As an Senior Agile Scrum Master, You Will: - Provide systems engineering support to a high-performance computing team
- Will assist in combining/aligning software, DevOps, and sustainment along with their product owners, products, and deliverables
- Organize the engineering activities to support current and future tasks and identify risks and dependencies
- Help the team communicate and coordinate to deliver work items, perform daily backlog refinement, and facilitate team events
- Assist the product owner in preparing and refining the backlog for program iteration and iteration planning
- Conduct backlog grooming with the team
- Coordinate with the product owner and release train engineer to mitigate risks, management dependencies, and address issues
